Olu Ella Sri lanka πŸ’¦πŸƒπŸ˜

    Olu Ella is the 6th tallest waterfall in the island and is also known as the tallest waterfall in the Kegalle District.   The Vee Oya starts from Barana Mountain at 1200 m and then joins the Welihelo Oya in the Parusella area and then joins the Kelani River at Yatiyantota.  The waterfall is 18 meters wide, 127 meters high and falls in 4 sections.  Due to the remote location this is avoided by casual travelers. The road to the waterfall splits in two.  There is an old wooden bridge across the Vee Oya.  This wooden bridge was built to transport tea leaves during the colonial era and is said to be the oldest wooden bridge used in the country today.
